Shipping Policy

The Knit Kit and Summer Camp Fibers is a proud women owned small business run by a handful of multitalented ladies.  We do not ship from a warehouse.  Every product is inspected, sanitized and packed with care and attention.  We aim to ship within 1-3 business days of purchase.  If you need your item quicker, please email info@theknitkit.com and state your request with your order number.  

We are not responsible for shipping costs for returned merchandise unless approved prior to shipping.  Please see our return policy for further information regarding same.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: Please note that for international shipments, any duty, VAT, brokerage fees or additional charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.  We are not liable for any such fees associated with the importation of our products.

Shipping Costs

Knit & Crochet Kit Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item past the "Test and Inspect" period. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we have made an error prompting your return.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We are not responsible for non-traceable shipments that are not received.
